  • Megan McGinnis

    Megan is a sophomore at Saint Mary's University majoring in Psychology in hopes of entering the Sports Psychology field. She is from Kimberly, Wisconsin and also plays for the Cardinal softball team. In her free time, she enjoys lifting, listening to music, going for walks, and spending time with family and friends.

  • Ben Earley

    Ben is from Woodbury, MN and is a junior at Winona State University majoring in Geoscience. In his free time, he enjoys longboarding, rock collecting, video games, tabletop and roleplaying games, and just enjoying nature.

  • Ian McKinzie

    Ian is an undergraduate student at Winona State University, currently studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience. He hopes to one day attain a Master’s degree and work on the cutting edge of the industry, for the benefit of the global community. In his spare time, Ian likes biking, hiking, reading and writing poetry, playing videogames, cooking, and looking for new things to try.

  • James Watkins

    James is from Rochester MN, and is currently a sophomore majoring in Human Resources at Winona State University. Outside of school, he likes going on vacations, fishing, spending time outdoors, and weightlifting.

  • Lola Schwinghamer

    Lola is from Mora, MN, and is a sophomore at Saint Mary's University. She is pursuing a major in Environmental Biology. Lola is on the Track and Field team and ski club at SMUMN, and in her free time, she loves to travel around the world and enjoys any activity in the outdoors.

  • Nick Turner

    Nick is from Pierre, SD and is a junior majoring in Environmental Geoscience at Winona State University with a minor in GIS. They plan on attending graduate school and pursuing a career in the geosciences to work both in the field and in a lab. Outside of school they enjoy reading, video games, hiking, and spending time outdoors.

  • Katrina Aitken

    Katrina is from Wabasha, Minnesota and is a current undergraduate at Winona State University. At WSU, she is majoring in Police Science. After graduation Katrina is looking forward to pursuing a career with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. When she is not in school, working, or studying Russian; Katrina enjoys camping, running around with her dog Maggie, and crossing Minnesota State Parks off her list. (She’s currently at 23/64!)

    I grew up in a small town called Waunakee WI. I am currently a student at WInona state university and I currently study environmental geoscience and have a minor in adventure tourism. I am interested in field work especially if it involves the outdoors, rocks or ecology. In my free time I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, baking, rollerblading and spending time with friends and family.
